First day in New York

Well after an interesting nights sleep we woke up thinking it was late, realising it was 5 o'clock, back to bed for us!

Then later waking up at a more sensible time we thought we would have a walk into central town to see what was around, heading straight to steak and shake which was recommended to us, with good reason I had a bbq steak burger and banana shake and Laura had a steakdog and an m&m's milkshake which she didn't even finish!! Then thought we would have to walk into time square and have a look around. It's amazing, the lights the people the traffic, everything, we had a look in the m&m's world and a massive toys R us outlet! After using up all all of our sugar from the shakes this morning we thought we would head back to the hostel to dry off. Oh we never mentioned its been pouring with rain ALL DAY! So jealous of your British sun right now! Photos on the gallery later.
